I get an error when I open Microsoft Sql Server 2008 R2 on Windows 2008 Server Standard SP2.

I have just uninstalled SQl Server 2008 due to error when I saved a Maintenance Plan. Then I reinstalled SQL 2008 Server R2 on this Server but I get the error when I open it.

Please I will appreciate very much your help with this issue!

1. What application do you "open"? There a plenty of applications and services in SQL Server 2008.
2. What is the exact error message you're getting? What do the Event Log say about that?

Installing and maintaining SQL server is no child play. You must understand how it works, and what it needs.

I execute the "Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio" and find the error:
"The application cannot start"

2. What is the exact error message you're getting? What do the Event Log say about that?

The application cannot start

The Event Log says, in the Administrative events section:

initerrlog: Could not open error log file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Log\ERRORLOG'. Operating system error = 32(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105).

El servicio SQL Active Directory Helper Service se cerró con el error específico de servicio 3221225572 (0xC0000064).

'0' is an invalid number of start up parameters. This service takes two start up parameters.

In the section of System Windows Register says:

El servicio SQL Active Directory Helper Service se cerró con el error específico de servicio 3221225572 (0xC0000064).

I don't see more SQL related events. The first reported event repeats for ten times before other kind of event appears.
