I changed the appliance and it usually works, but now it doesn't and I already tried all my other tablet chargers and nothing I also tried plugging it in other appliances, and the red x is still there, what should I do?

Need more info, what are you talking about? What appliance? What red icon? Red x is on what? You said something about a tablet, is this a tablet issue? Remember we can neither see what you are looking at nor read minds, need to put all details in your post, "the red icon" does not mean much to anyone not with you.
