i have a camera and blank dvds, but how can i transport the videos on to the disc?

I have a digital computer plug in camera, and i want to put videos on blank DVDs. i tried the following downloads: Windows media player, VLC Media player, and all Microsoft devices. i just want to say, uploading you tube videos with a 3DS is not as hard as this. If you guys out there have an answer for Me, tell me as soon as possible. thank you so much!

connect your camera to a computer then put your blank disc in the computer then go to My Computer in the start menu, left click on the disk the click open open My Computer in a different window then double click on your camera then drag the picture from your camera to the disc
