I have a 50" Panasonic viera tv with no coax only has hdmi,usb, and lots of rca connections..how can i hook up a anntenna to tv that only has a coax connection?

1) You can't connect it directly. That tv apparently doesn't have an over-the-air (OTA) tuner, or it would have a coax connection.
2) You will need some sort of tuner device to attach to the antenna, tune in the correct signal, and convert it to a format that your tv can accept.
