i have a problem with my ms office2007 word when i try to open hyperlinks file it doesnot open it.............plz help me soon

Any errors? new issue? Some links won't work unless you hit Ctrl when clicking them, it will tell you in a pop-up bubble, to follow the link hit Ctrl and click.
