Solved! I have a problem with my vga port.

I have a Toshiba satellite p105 s6024 I was able to hook it up to my LCD TV through the VGA port to watch movies. I one day let my buddy try to update my windows and now my VGA port wont work at all and I can't even restore my computer to an earlier date to fix the problem. Would It be a Chip set problem? What can I do? Is there anything I can do for free?

When you were hooking it up to your TV, were you hitting Fn+f5? If not, give that a go before having to do anything major.

Sounds like a driver issue. I'd redownload and install your graphics driver.
