I have a Samsung netbook that the screen is white when turned on. When it first started you could open it to certain angle and it would work but if you moved it either way it would turn white

Looks like the connector in the hinge doesn't give proper contact anymore.
Classic laptop issue.
If your laptop is within warranty you could open a support ticket with Samsung and see if you can have it fixed.
Otherwise you will need to find a repair center.

Sounds like the ribbon connecting the screen to your motherboard is disconnecting. If you're handy enough you can take the notebook apart and plug it back in. Hopefully that is the issue and is a pretty easy fix.
