Plz solve my problem of laptop which is unable to connect with any speaker or headphones

Check if you have the audio drivers installed, do the speakers on the laptop work? Make sure the audio output is selected as the headphones or speakers and not disabled or not seen. If it's a new laptop, contact Dell for support, maybe a bad jack.
