I have option Bluetooth hearing aids with the streamer that goes around my neck. Is there any speakers that work with an Lg tv with Bluetooth that will sync to my hearing aids?

If the TV doesn't have a built in BT transmitter you can connect one to the optical audio output. If you want to pair both your hearing aids and speakers at the same time you will need one that can pair with two devices.

If you want to use two speakers for stereo you need a pair of stereo BT speakers not two individual mono speakers. Stereo BT speakers will have a wire between the two speakers.
