i have samsung sd card. Before removing that was working properly. Now that card has not be detected by lenevo PB1-750M

Is There any programe for detecting sd card in android tablet? If yes, plz provide me .

Well it depends. What was the card used for while it was out? Also was the card formatted to be "Internal" storage before it was removed or what it just the normal "External" storage.

Try restarting (turning off and back on) the tablet. Should that not help, then you should also try the card in another device to see if it can read it.
