i have sd card but i cant read it how? my comp model dell inspiron 14 3000 series

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try the SD card again after the reboot.
- If it will not work, uninstall/reinstall the SD card reader.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the SD card driver.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver.

- Once the driver has been installed reboot your laptop then test it again.
