I have ZTE v72 tablet which is not working anymore then I hard reset the tablet but keep on sticking on the logo so I download

I downloaded a software on my so card to fix my ZTE v72 tablet cause I failed to hard reset it since it stuck on logo after doing all the steps of hard reset but then it keep on saying download aborted when trying to fix it with the software that has been downloaded on the sd card please help

Your internal storage could be bad if it does not boot nor reset with an external ROM flash.
