Solved! I hear microphone on speakers, but they not working

I have Windows XP, buyed new headset with Microphone and when i talk i can hear it on speakers and headphones, but when i try to talk on Discord or CS, it dont works. PLease Help if you can!​

Man. when i talk on microphone i can hear it on my speakers, but ingme it dowsnt works, it doesnt work on onlinemictest too

Maybe I didn´t get what you wanted to say with this post. If ingame or in discord the setting "push to talk" is disabled, speech recognition is automatically enabled.

I tried it And i dont have select, i have: Recording, Line Volume, Mic Volume, Aux Volume and Stereo Mix.
I dont have Select button i only have mute buttons.I can move recording
But the Line Volume, Mic Volume, Aux Volume and Stereo Mix is gray and i cant move it

Check with hwinfo or cpu-z which motherboard it is

Sorry for waiting, i went in vacation, motherboard is
Motherboard Model: Hewlett-Packard 09F8
Motherboard Chipset: Intel 945G (Lakeport-G) + ICH7

Should be a Realtek ALC260 chip. Try installing the realtek driver for this. Could just find this one:
