I just build a new PC and when i put on my ear buds i hear a little buzz sound or something but when i play games it much loud

Please list full pc spec. My first thought is interference from your PSU and as the load on the PSU goes up (gaming) so does the interference.

Hmm decent PSU and motherboard so should be fine. Are there any other devices near your pc, if yes try switching them on/off but I'm clutching a straws. Have seen a lamp cause audio interference before.

i truned off/on my lamp, a tv thing that lets me watch tv throu my monitor and its still the same
