Would I be able to charge it with a 2A 5V usb c cable? I know it needs a 87W charger but would it charge even if slowly? I don't really want to buy the apple 87W charger that costs 90€ that doesn't even come with a cable. Thanks in advance.

Any USB cable will work fine. And I have no idea what Apple's USB-C reference means because according to reviews, that cable only goes up to USB 2.0 speeds for data transfer.

No a laptop battery requires a much higher voltage and amps to charge from the AC power adapter (that info is always listed on the power brick). It's not like trying to trickle charge an iPhone with a USB charger. Apple bends you over for everything, especially accessories. You might check eBay however and see if you can find one for your region to buy not sold by Apple. Just make sure it's a reputable vendor as there are cheap Chinese Apple knockoffs out there. The danger with buying not directly from Apple is that the knock-off may ruin your battery or in worst case, start a fire.

Looks like I have no other choice but to buy the apple 87W charger. Should I also get this cable https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MLL82AM/A/usb-c-charge-cable-2-m or can I use any cable with usb c on both ends?
