I lost my iphone couple weeks ago and i don't know where it is but the sim is inside and low battery what can I do?

Last month I lost my iphone 4s but it's switch off and I don't know what to do. I called my phone number and no one hasn't stolen it or open my phone what website can I go on to find my iphone?
