i need help

My iphone 4s is jailbroken and the other da something got accidently downloaded by one of the kids here and now it wont turn on, it goes to the apple screen and 10 mins later its saying its loading... I tried plugging into iTunes but its not saying theres a device there to back up ay of myfiles or anything! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Or the Apple store. There is no other way, honestly.

Oh, by doing that you'd be waving goodbye to everything on your phone. If you have everything backed up to iTunes and/or iCloud, you're good. There's no other way to retrieve your data that's currently on your phone if it isn't backed up, unless you can get into your phone. On that end, you could be screwed.
