I Need Quick, Fast, And Reliable Help Now!!

So, this starts off as me making a YouTube channel. I am new and haven't posted a video yet BECAUSE when I record on Minecraft, my mouse just lags a bit, but otherwise my game doesn't lag. I use OBS. After I recorded, I looked over my video but there was a problem. The audio worked, but the game screen kept freezing after every 4 seconds or so. I tried putting it in my video editing software, but the same results. I honestly don't know what to do. The recording format is mp4. Please help!!!!
