I need the driver software for at GT S5360, as my phone is just not opening

My phone is stuck on the opening Samsung Galaxy Y and just not loading as normal, what do I do, could you please assist me. Thank you

Did you try removing the battery? If so, you may need to do a full factory restore using the default ROM for the phone. Basically like wiping a computer and re-installing Windows.
