I need to to talk to a digital camera expert

My son and wife just came home from Hawaii; thay had a couple hundred pictures on their canon digital camera. Not one picture shows up. What can they do? They say they did not delete them.

The first thing to do is to stop using the SD card.

Take the card out and insert it into a card reader. See is any pics are visible.

Try using 'RECUVA' to recover your files/photos. http/www.piriform.com/recuva
