i removed my ground from the power cord now my tv come on and turn off with red light blanking stand by

Many electronic devices require a ground to work properly.

It is unusual for a TV not to come on because of the ground being off. It is receiving power since it does turn on. You can get a replacement ac plug and restore the ground. Pretty easy to do.
