I need to speak to a real person at Metro Pcs. I've tried doing exactly what you suggested but as soon as I dial the 888.863.8768 number it directs me right back to (my metro) the app on my phone that won't accept my credit card that is totally valid yet the (my metro) app says it's not a valid card. However I have paid through (my metro) with this exact same card for years! Please help

date expiration? Can you use the card for anything else? contact your credit card provider?
