when i try to change my password they tell me to give my email and when i am giving them they say its wrong

Open steam and go into your account settings (not through the website but through the app) and see what email is listed under your name information.

I'm also pretty sure you can change your steam password from the steam app but if not just go on the website and use the email listed in the steam app.
