I upgraded to office 2013 and issue "compatibility mode" appeared !?

I was using office 2007, and after upgrading to 2013, all the documents are opened with compatibility mode.

should I worry about this ?

Nothing to worry about, it's normal.

Office 2013 has new features which Office 2007 doesn't support, so saved Office 2007 documents are opened in Compatibility Mode.

You can, if you wish, re-save your Office 2007 documents from within Office 2013 then next time you open them you won't get that Compatibility Mode message.
