I want one program sound to run speakers, another program to headphones

Windows 10
I work in an office and use a headset for our calls.
The RingCentral program I use sends the call-ring sound to the speakers and the call sound to the headset - works perfect.

Now, I want to keep this arrangement, but play iTunes through the headphones and not the speakers. Is there a way to manage this?

Find a media player which has control for output audio device (if iTunes cannot do that for you).

So there is no audio control option in Windows 10 itself that will all me to send different programs to different sound outputs?

Using the audio options in the individual programs is the only option?

That is a little disconcerting. =/

There are third-party utilities (search for eg "Virtual Audio Cable") which allow for that, but there is no standard Windows function for that.
