in a church where more hard to hear peaple gather and P A just does not do the Job. P A could also put out for bluetooth for multiple hearing aids....

While a nice idea, there are not any actual Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids, only Bluetooth streamers that work with wireless hearing aids because hearing aid batteries are not sufficient to support full enablement. Of course streamers require that the user have wireless enabled hearing aids.

Perhaps a more generally applicable solution would be some well placed large screen monitors with text of the spoken information.

I want to permanently wire something the a P A so all blue tooth streamers can pick it up. What can be done with something like this. I'm open for options

I would contact a company with some expertise in the specific area of PA systems and adding Bluetooth -- like B&H Photo and Video support. You will need to provide information to them on the model of your PA system to determine if you can do an add on device.
