Ibm R51 laptop not working

Hi guys i have a spare old ibm R51 with celeron processor two ram stick not sure about their specs and storage and a hitachi hard drive of 40 gb. Now my problem is that my laptop is not working and every time i power it up it gives beep codes (2-3) and no display even display dont even flicker and the hdd light on screen blinks for 2-3 times while processing hardware and goes of other wise it keeps blinking when system use to run and the battery light remains on till its powered and fan keeps running and by the way it doesn't have any gpu installed separately

Did you look up the beep codes on the Lenovo support site?
