Ibm rapid restore pc

I have a Thinkpad R40 and upgraded my hard drive and then tried to restore my XP Pro and IBM preloads from Rapid Restore. Rapid Restore is asking for a OEM License and key number. It has a space to select register, when I click it says web site not available. Any thoughts on how I would find a key and license? My computer has a hidden partition with XP and preloads.

With the new hard drive, can you see the hidden partition at all, even after enabling "see hidden files and folder?" I'm thinking that because you removed the old hard drive, the partition with the OS image is now gone, hence why you are having trouble. You may be forced to purchase a copy of XP on its own. However, did you transfer over the entire contents of the hard drive to the new one?
