IE not working

I have the ssd boot drive with windows 7 installed and hdd storage with games and documents. I can't get IE to start. It just flashes. I've turned off IE and on many times even in safe mode. Any ideas?

Download and install the IE11 installer.

SOunds very virusy to me.

Moving this to applications since its probably not an issue with your storage drives.

Check taskmgr and see if iexplorer.exe is running whenever this is happening. If so, see if you can end all instances of iexplorer and try opening again. If there are phantom iexplorers running in the background then, like the mod said, it sounds kind of "virusy"... maybe scan with microsoft security essentials
