IE9

I'm using IE9 and about one week ago, everything was working fine when opening www.tomshardware.com. However, now I can't submit any comments, I can't select "more" to jump on any page I like in an article.... they are all have given me nothing everytime I click them as nothing happens. Is this part of the beta testing of the page?
I know I can do this using Chrome which I use too but just keep wondering why IE9 can't.

You have to put it in compatibility mode. The only way to do this is to right click on the blank space to the right of your tab in IE and add the 'menu bar'. Under 'tools', you'll choose compatibility mode for this web site.
