please i have been trying to download some Apps from Google Play store but is not downloading at all. And i have tried so many solution steps online to rectify it but is not working.

please i need an urgent solution to this problem because is really freaking me out.

I just did that and it seems there are a number of possible fixes. Take a look at the search results and see if any "fit" your particular setup and circumstances.

Addendum: Did note that you tried many online solutions - however without knowing per se which ones failed then the only option is to search again and try some of the other online solutions.
