Solved! If Mac pro turns off during disc delete what do I do

My MacBook pro Air I was resetting and In the middle of it my daughter turned it off how do i get it to reset screen? It's flashing a file with an apple on it and a black screen. I don't know anything about MacBook or any apple products.
