Hi, I'm looking a laptop/computer for gaming for $300 I need it to record the screen and play destiny 2 at lest 40/30 fps thanks for the help

Honestly, you're looking at a console in this price range. Wildcard's build is the least expensive new that I'd argue is worth assembling and if you don't have a monitor, you'll have to add that expense as well.

You need about double your budget for a gaming system with recording capability on modern games.

In your price range, you may be able to find a used business tower with a few gen old Intel i5 CPU that you can stick a GTX 1050 or so card in. Just make sure you get a tower with a good power supply in it, or one that you can change the power supply out of.
