Okay so my budget is £350 Ish can increase if need be to £400 but I'd like to stick to the £350 range.
My purpose will be for both video and photography

The best video cameras don't make the best photo cameras. The best photo cameras don't make the best video cameras. The work around is to spend lots and lots of money. For example the Nikon d850.

Are you looking to learn photography or are you just looking for something a little better than a mobile phone?
Also which do you lean more towards Video/Photo?

Sensor size: a 1" sensor, meaning it splits the image quality between a high end phone and a low-end mirrorless camera.

If you want to go up a tick in quality, then a entry level mirrorless would do the trick.

I've always had a good experience with Canon products. You really can't go wrong at any price point. Just get the Canon that best fits your budget. Tons of youtube help videos for their products too if you ever get stuck with anything.
