Im so sad! My Samsung Aviv 8 laptop

So I did a windows 10 update (big mistake) After reboot I got black screen of death... took it to Microsoft Store they said leave it for 10days. I got it back downloaded Diablo III reboot black screen again.. WTF SOMEONE please help me... did the the rollback to 8.1 good to go. did all the updates. BLACK SCREEN again. Rolled it back to 8.1 again (chat on Microsoft helped me create a Startup via USB) go back to Win 10 comp freezes at 71% and gets super hot. Im so tired and sad.

You might want to try CLEAN Install everything from zero.
I mean, clean install Operating System (Win 8.1) that you used before this nightmare began. Get back to us soon if you have an update for this issue...

Thank you wa1 for getting back to me.... Yes did that fresh update.... and still nothing. It said a sec ago couldn't install updates undoing. Screen came on for a sec and now black again.... 🙁 am i delirious ????

When did you bought this laptop? Is still under warranty?
If yes, Samsung should be responsible for this issue, well if it's still on warranty...
