I'm trying to connect my Philips TV(50PFL3108/98), and philips android box and Philips HTS5561 home theatre

Android box has - HDMI, Optical Out
TV Has - 2x HDMI ports,PC Audio, VGA, AV Out, Pb/cb, Pr/Cr
Home theater with DVD has - optical, HDMI ARC (Out), Co-axial, Audio in (AUX L & R).

I have connected android box hdmi to TV, Android box optical to Home theater. and in android box i have selected sound as optical.

I got only 2 speakers sound with no sub woofer sound.

I can share the pics too.

Do you get 5.1 when you play a DVD? If not then check the speaker connections, set up, and surround mode on the DVD/HTS.
If you do get 5.1 on DVD then check the audio settings in the Android box. It should be set to output in bitstream 5.1
Make sure the content you are playing is in 5.1 too.

I have tried using DVD, The sound is too low,i have increased the volume to the max. But while i went to settings to increase the db level of the each speaker the sound from individual is more crisp and loud.
