Image Resizing Issue

I have a business page on facebook and I've just about had it trying to resize my image to fit the 180x180 outline. My logo image is 1224x690 (210kb) and I've tried every size available on the resizing app I downloaded. Is it possible to make this image fit without completely screwing the quality?

Add 267 on each narrow side to make an square image then resize.

yes you have to square the image via crop if you can chop off the sides of the picture. otherwise, I would make a square image in a graphics program like gimp and make it the same background color as the rectangular logo image, then paste it as a layer (so you can position it) merge the layers, down and export it to jpg.
