Solved! In my new Huawei tablet how do I find the fingerprint request?

I cannot get my Google account accepted on my new Huawei tablet - says wrong email/password. When pressing 'change password' nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

If you are connecting your tablet to your current google account, then you need to confirm and fix any password issues through a different device. You can't make such changes on the tablet when adding the account to it. So access your google account from a phone, computer, other tablet, etc., confirm and or correct your email address and password, then use that corrected info on the tablet.
