Installed Phil'z Touch 6,now what?

Okay,so ive been playing around with a Samsung S4 GT-I9500. Okay,so i googled and got a few things online,so i tried them. What harm can be done if its a phone i only play games on. Okay,so here are the steps i preformed.

Installes SkipSoft Toolkit on laptop.
I followed the steps and installed Philz Touch 6 on my s4.
Now...its stuck on Samsung screen.
Doesnt turn on.

The recovery mode displays Philz Touch 6 as a guide.
How do i go ahead from here?

Do i plug it it laptop and flash using Odin?
Im actually trying to get IMEI unlocked(see if i can do it by myself) and wanting the firmware the phone was made with. If anyone can assist me,i would be really thankful.

One more thing..
Phone was made in Vietnam but im in South Africa,what firmware do i get?
XFV or Vietnam firmware?

Im new to this and im would like to learn a thing or 6.

You can't unlock the device yourself. If it is locked to a carrier/service provider, then only they can unlock it.
