Installing a sd card for Stylo 2

I have a stylo 2 & 64 gb on sd card my phone cant find the sd card how do i do this... We have tryed different cellphones & different sd card & we cant figure it out..thanks

We know how to put it in the phone but the phone cant find the sd card so how do we nake it so the ohone can find the sd card once we put it in

If you are putting it in and the phone isn't recognizing it then I have to say try a different SD card. This will let you know then if the card you are currently trying to use is the problem, or the phone is.
