Instant Nikon DSLR to Printer?

I am doing a charity event and need to instantly print photos (from a Nikon D5100) of guests with a celebrity. What is the best way?

Laptop + printer + Eye-fi card in the camera.

Take a pic, the Eye-fi card beams it to the laptop, review the image....print as needed.
