Intermittent charging. Cracked motherboard?

So my laptop is a Samsung series 7 with the i7. I bought it new in 2012 and it's been great until recently the charger was intermittent and I tested it with another charger but it continued to have the issue. Eventually it stopped charging overall until I noticed that it would charge if I put pressure on the charging port. That worked for a little while but now I feel that the pressure is going to break the motherboard. I have taken it all apart and inspected/cleaned the motherboard and paid special attention to the charging port and it made it slightly better but still have the issue. I did not notice any cracks at all and it seems totally fine. I've replaced the charger port already so any other suggestions?

Hi,

Have you tested the battery as well?
- Remove the battery off the laptop and connect just the AC adapter and see if it will boot up or not.
- If it will still not boot up, try a different AC adapter that has the voltage.
- If it will still not work and you've already replaced the charging port that didn't work then the problem lies in the motherboard itself.
