Intermittent Clicking Instability

So I have an ASUS G75 and it works great. Now I have installed a gmae TERA an MMORPG and this new problem cropped up. On my touchpad and any 3rd party mouse I use, my right and middle mouse clicks do not always register. I have used the same game with the same mouse on my home computer, Logitech G600, great mouse btw, and only on the laptop does this problem occur. An it only occurs in the game tera. Every other of the plethora of buttons on this fine mouse work perfectly. I am very annoyed cause of this problem making this game nigh unplayable. I have checked drivers and TERA's forums and have found nothing related to a problem like this elsewhere. Thanks for any information.

I actually just found out after testing this is in many games I own now.
I also just found out that as long as a key on the keybord is pressed, the mouse button will not function. The pointer does still move.
