Internet Download Manager Problem

Hey guys i am downloading a software using idm which is of 5.5 gb,my problem is that it reached 40% today and then there was sudden power cut and when i restarted my pc and started the download again it was started from 20%

you don't. It probably wasn't saved correctly when the power went out.
