iPad Mini (1st gen) or Galaxy Tab 3 8.0?

For web browsing, light gaming and media consuption, which one fits my need better? I've used iOS and Android, love both really much, but I've never owned an Android/iOS table before. Which one will I like more?

iPad Mini is good for what it is, but don't bother with the Galaxy Tab unless you can get it with cellular service. Instead get a Nexus 7, you will not regret that purchase.
