Ipad mini or ipad mini retina or something else?

Hi guys! I wanted to buy tablet. (my phone is lumia 520 and i need it). I don't like android, windows on tablets is not so popular that's why i want to get ipad. But i dont have to much money - is ipad mini (ver 1) good? I don't know if i could pay more (I have got 1000 z?) for ipad mini retina but if i could - is it sense? I want explore internet, play hearthstone and other "simple" game. (i have got 2ds and vita).

Is 512 mb enought? I thought about DELL Venue 8" PRO It cost ~900zl but how about games (and other) on it? I have got lumia 520 - good system but i know that a lot of aplication sucks. Could i play hearthstone on that dell?

Is there a reason you don't like Android? The Nexus 7 is an amazing tablet, especially at $220.

Hmmm, okay i will not buy ipad - too expensive. Should buy I nexus 7 or DELL Venue 8" PRO? I prefer win 8.1 because i can play a lot of little game. But i don't know . I want hearthstone and on dell it work good.

Heartstone is not on Google play (android's app store).

I know. Is that dell good? It is more cheaper than ipad. What if i want to play game like LOL/cs 1.6 or something? How can i get keybord and mouse? Can i play lol without keyboard and mouse?
