IPG Problems

My IPG is not updating at night. Recently we got an email via the sat
receiver with a new procedure to update the IPG. My wife read it and the
deleted it. She mentioned something about unpluging the receive and then
plugging it back in. In any event, I don't have those instructions.

Any help?

Go to G0 101 then poer down.
Unplug the receiver for about 5-10 seconds.
After plugging it back in let it sit for 10-15 minutes before turning it back on.
