IPhone 6 Won't Read SIM Card

My iPhone six SIM card spot is damaged and won't read SIM cards anymore will my iPhone be able to ever work again without the slot not able to read SIM cards?

Not sure what you are asking here, if your SIM card slot is damaged, the phone won't work as a phone. It should work as an iPod though through WiFi.
