Ipod 5th Generation Problem

I have a 5th generation iPod touch. I lost it and it was found by a nieghbor, I guess they tried to guess the password several times because now it say "connect to iTunes." The computer it was setup with broke and we dont have it anymore. Is there any way to bypass it with out resetting everything? I need several things on it so resetting it really isnt an option. Thanks for your help!

You wont get any assistance here bypassing security on any device, period. Reset it or leave it as it is.
