you cant change laptop processors

not going to work they are not the same socket. you need to find a cpu that will fit into socket PGA988 like

i7-920xm
i7-820qm
i7-720qm
i5-520m
i3-330m

Also check acer's webpage for a bios update and make sure it will support those cpus.
